On behalf of a Danish investor group, Nectar has successfully refinanced two assets let on long leases to a leading pub operator. The properties are both located in Manchester.

Subsequently the group has mandated Nectar as its property – and asset manager, for which we are very thankful.

Nectar Asset Management has taken over the property and asset management on a £15m hotel asset located in Milton Keynes. The property is let to Accor, and trades via Accor’s Novotel brand.

The property is owned by a group of private Danish investors, and was purchased in 2008.
