Dear Investor and Friend of Nectar,

During the final few weeks of 2017, we recollect the memories of a special year.

This year has, by far, been the busiest in our firms history. We have been privileged to recruit new, young and energetic staff with a joint fascination for real estate.

Sometimes one forgets to, in bustle of the everyday, to look back and take a quick moment to elaborate on the years’ achievements.

In Nectar we are especially proud and happy for our new clients, whom have shown us trust and also for the long-standing investors that we continue to enjoy working for and with.

Since July we have welcomed more than 11 new funds and increased our AUM with more than £ 70m.

For 2018, we will seek to encourage our colleagues to remember and maintain a healthy work-life balance. We continue to be a firm believer of the possibility to work hard and reach ambitious targets, but at the same time sustain a healthy view on life content and keep an eye on what really matters.
