On behalf of a UK-based family trust, Nectar Asset Management has purchased a city centre residential property in Copenhagen for DKK 25 million (£2.5m).

The property is located in the Vesterbro area of the city centre, close to the Central Station and City Hall.

The property was purchased from a Danish property company with the aim of converting the basement areas into leisure uses, as well as increasing the rental income the residential units via active management.
