On behalf of a Danish group of investors, Nectar Asset Management has successfully completed the refinancing of a portfolio of retail properties in the UK. The properties have been refinanced by a Danish financial institution, replacing the previous UK-based lender. The properties have a combined value of approximately £5 million, and are fully let on long leases to national supermarket operators.

“The refinancing deal will provide much needed stability for the foreseeable future to our clients’ investment, as well as improving the cash flow generated by the portfolio. The stability will now allow us to focus on the implementation of the property business plans across the portfolio, allowing us to add value to these assets in the medium term” says Thomas Borg, Director of Nectar Asset Management
