On behalf of a Danish group of investors, Nectar has completed the acquisition of a piece of land located near to the town of Clacton-on-Sea. The site extends to approximately 1.5 acres, and adjoins the client’s existing property that is currently used as a nursing home.

“The acquisition of this plot of land will provide interesting opportunities in the short term, and will give us a number of options that include residential development or extension of the current building to create a larger nursing home. The total area of land that the client now owns has been increased by approximately 35% and will no doubt have already added significant value to the investment” says Charles Sherratt-Davies, UK Director of Nectar Asset Management
