On behalf of a group of private Danish investors, Nectar Asset Management has purchased a freehold parcel of land in Knowsley Business Park, Warrington.

The property is currently used as a production facility for BOSCH AG, with the site area extending to 5.44 acres. The property’s lettable area is 83,000 sq ft and the property was constructed in 2000.

Knowsley Business Park is a strong logistics and industrial location and has expereinced significant growth in recent years. Matalan have recently constructed their national headquarters and main UK distribution facility in the nearby area.
