On behalf of a group of private Danish investors, Nectar Asset Management has sold a property in Crouch End, London, to a local property company. The property was purchased in 2005 and sold in 2016.

The property was fully let to JD Wetherspoon Plc with a lease expiring in 2022. The sales price was more than 60% above the latest valuation undertaken in November 2013. Richard Thomas from Savills acted for Nectar.

Nectar has been managing the investment since 2014 and has through an active investment management been able to secure substantial dividends to the investors.
