On behalf of a privately-owned Danish fund, Nectar has sold a property centrally located in Berlin, Germany. Nectar has always managed the fond and acted as the broker on the case.

Lars Bach Andersen, Fund Manager of Nectar Management, commented “The property market in Germany, and especially in the German metropolitan areas, is very attractive. There are many buyers in the market, and after negotiations we achieved a sales price of over EUR 5,500,000. We consider this very positive and thus able to secure substantial dividends to the investors.”
