Nectar Asset Management Ltd has been appointed as UK managing agents of the property 37 High Street, Bromsgrove, West Midlands. The client is a group of Danish private investors, who have owned the property since 2007.

The property is fully let to Poundland Limited, and was formerly a Woolworths variety store, but was re-structured after the failure of Woolworths in 2008. The upper parts of the property are currently un-occupied and Nectar believes that these areas represent potential to increase the attractiveness of the property as well as contributing to the improvement of Bromsgrove town centre.
