We are pleased to announce the arrival of Tommas Jakobsen to our team. Tommas is Finance Director for NectarAM and will be located in our Copenhagen office. Tommas will manage a number of key client relationships, including Marathon Asset Management and JP Morgan.

Prior to joining NectarAM, Tommas was in charge of the Danish office of Nordic property consultants Hestia, and has over 10 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry. Tommas has previously worked for GPT Halverton and was responsible for the overall management of a large portfolio of industrial and office properties in Denmark, prior to the portfolio being sold to M7 Real Estate in 2015.
