Nectar Asset Management has entered into an agreement with a group of private Danish investors to provide investment, asset, and property management of a large commercial property in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. The property comprises two units: a large commercial gym, operated by Simply Gym, and a vacant residential block. The total area is 25,000 sq ft. The property is located directly opposite the Proact Stadium, home of Chesterfield Football Club. Nectar will be focusing on letting the vacant residential block during the next 12 months.
